We invite you to explore opportunities with Cubic.Job Details:Job Summary: The Unified Video Data Platform (UVDP) Product Director leads the effective planning and lifecycle management of Cubic Digital Intelligence’s UVDP product line.

The ideal candidate is a proven product leader and possesses a mixture of technical, business, and interpersonal skills to work closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as customers, management, vendors, partners and the industry as a whole.

Product Management responsibilities include a broad and deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and all applicable product lines.

This position typically works under limited supervision and direction.

Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Full ownership of the Unified Video product and related add-onsResponsible for transitioning Unified Video to a multi-sided data platformBuilds and leads a world-class product management discipline and teamResponsible for product P&L health including revenue, cost, margin, licensing cost, and other financial aspectsResponsible for Go-To-Market strategy for Unified Video and related productsCreates, maintains, and owns the product roadmap for Unified VideoClose collaboration with market and competitive intelligence resources, marketing communications, and business development team to drive the product strategyEnsures the interests of the customers are represented in the Unified Video product planFocuses on on-time execution, meeting customer expectations, and creating superior user experienceDrives systemic product issues to resolution to minimize impact and disruption to our customersDrives the gathering and maintenance of competitive and market intelligenceWorks with the local marketing organization on collateral, programs, and events and drives the winning propositionWorks with Technology team to identify emerging technologies and trends to incorporate into the product roadmapRepresents Unified Video business plans to secure additional funding for roadmap build-out and feature enhancementsSets regional pricing guidance based on market, competitive environment, and cost restrictionsActs as Subject Matter and Industry experts at internal and external forumsParticipates in the due diligence exercises relating to partnering and M&A opportunitiesPresents business cases, roadmaps, and product-health updates at executive review meetingsMay direct several direct-reports at the manager, supervisor, or analyst levelMinimum Job Requirements: Four-year college degree, or equivalent, in software, systems engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline, plus a minimum of 10 years experience in technical, product management, product marketing or similar capacity.

Advanced degree or MBA is desirable.

Familiarity and experience with product management is essential.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must be very detail orientated and be able to plan and work flexibly to a deadline.

Familiarity and experience with Unified Video and its various deployments is required.

Must be fluent in English and local languages as needed.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
