This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted May 3, 2021.


With a new and rapidly growing e-commerce channel as well as a strong heritage brand with significant upside, we are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to drive the long-term growth of company. The President position will office in Atlanta and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of OGI. This role represents a rare opportunity for an experienced omnichannel leader to make a huge impact right away on a recently launched and highly successful e-commerce site with customers from all over America, while simultaneously leveraging the growth potential of a one-of-a-kind shopping destination through immersive retail store experiences, campus expansion opportunities, and multi-channel promotions. This individual will be responsible for leading and expanding online and brick-and-mortar (B&M) sales channels, driving digital strategy, scaling operations, and sourcing new products, as well as overseeing the Reclaimed for Good philanthropic efforts.


  • Develop and execute omnichannel strategy for online and B&M sales channels
  • Drive digital strategy (website, email, social media, search, paid ads, etc.) to scale e-commerce profitably
  • Lead B&M retail transformation and campus expansion
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the organization (150-200 people), steward company culture, and manage direct reporting relationships with the senior leadership team (5-7 people)
  • Help define and deliver on financial and operating goals, metrics, and budgets
  • Drive operational improvements (roles, processes, systems, automation, etc.) to enable significant scaling
  • Enhance analytics and reporting capabilities to provide visibility to key business metrics and forecasts
  • Steward the brand, public image, and legacy
  • Lead product sourcing team to find new, profitable, brand-aligned, and recurring product sources
  • Build and integrate new sales channels as new product sources are identified
  • Develop trusted relationships with supply partners in travel and hospitality industries as well as other sectors
  • Work with community leaders to integrate companyinto the heart and culture of Scottsboro
  • Amplify Reclaimed for Good’s impact and help expand the foundation’s efforts into other OGI business units
  • Collaborate with other OGI business units and external partners to achieve enterprise goals
  • Travel to Scottsboro regularly to meet with retail, e-commerce, and operations teams


  • 7+ years of successful executive-level leadership experience, including P&L responsibility, in retail and e- commerce with an emphasis on digital strategy
  • Proven track record of effectively scaling omnichannel brands
  • Strong leadership abilities with a player-coach mentality and prior experience leading and motivating a large team of local and remote team members
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and agile
  • Strong problem solving, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Motivated to perform in a challenging, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to maintain brand relevance
  • Strong brand vision, intuition, and understanding of the modern retail environment
  • Proven multi-tasking ability and strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with personal integrity and collaborative working style
  • Able and willing to travel to Scottsboro, AL (2.5-hour drive from Atlanta) and domestically for business partner meetings as needed
  • Commitment to understanding industry best practices and continuously improving
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given for an advanced degree
