Located in Flowery Branch, Georgia down the street from the Falcons training camp.PurposeWe are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to conduct data analysis of our supply chain operations at our headquarters in Flowery Branch, Georgia.. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.ResponsibilitiesAbility to collaborate cohesively within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure.Engagement with GRI manufacturing counterparts to understand challenges, delays, etc. on open orders & escalate when needed.Collaborating with the Global Mfg Unit Program Managers for overall capacity planning and demand fulfillmentCreate and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics related to inventory management, demand and supply planningProactively analyze customer order patterns compared with forecasts providedLead monthly supply chain meetings with clientsProvide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposalsAnalyze and submit production forecast to manufacturing facilityEstablish and maintain appropriate inventory targets, safety stock levels, and replenishment requirements across client and owned warehouses in geographyCollaborate with IT professionals to implement effective supply chain solutionsMonitors customer-related inventory, both finished goods and raw materials, and communicates to GRI-Alleset management and the customer when excess, slow-moving and/or dead inventory is identified.Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedulesAnalyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvementsPlan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)Help foster trusting relationships with business partnersTrack KPIs and report on supply chain’s performanceEducation/ Experience RequirementsBSC/BA in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field preferredProven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst,Logistics Coordinator or similar roleFamiliarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)Three of more years of related practical work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience in data mining, analysis and reportingRequired Skills· Inventory management· Mathematical skills· Experience analyzing business improvement· Must be able to work well in a team environment· Data analysis· Forecasting· Working knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills,Benefits· GRI offers a complete insurance coverage including; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flex spending account, 401K, holiday and personal/vacation days.Travel· Some travel may be requiredEEO/AA Employer/Vet/DisabledGRI is a drug-free workplace.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
