nnJob Summary:nn nnThe position will provide key operational human resource support for the centralized enterprise functions (both local and remote employees) and will partner with the business leaders to help the functions meet objectives across multiple brands and business segments.

This position will support a variety of initiatives including driving consistency in policies and best practices to support and encourage a productive workforce that meets both the business goals of the organization and personal needs of employees.nn nnEssential Responsibilities:nn nnPartner with senior HR partners to execute on client priorities and support their respective talent strategies and organizational development agendasManage functional recruitment efforts and provide support to leaders and talent acquisition; lead any necessary pre-employment processes.Lead the new hire onboarding processLead the performance and talent management processes to include annual performance reviews, development planning, manager feedback, coaching and facilitation of related trainings.Responsible for maintaining, tracking, and reporting of human resources related data and metrics.  Manage employee data changes though our HRIS system and ensure accuracy.Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, performance improvement plans, conflict resolution and career development.Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations; Manages and resolves complex employee relations issuesPartner with COE’s on administering and delivering human resource related programs across the enterprise in support of our strategies and culture.Support management with administering attendance related policies and programs, and ensuring compliance, to include assisting with leave of absence administration.Lead continuous improvement of human resource functions (i.e.

staffing, budgets, compensation administration, policy administration, employee relations, organizational development, change management, etc.)Enable effective development and movement of internal talent by focusing on continuously improving the experience associated with the internal candidate processPartner with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence to support compensation, benefits and recognition programs that will drive a performance culture within the organizationDrive engagement and positive culture through associate communications and employee activities.Lead the administration, coordination, and adherence of site and organization wide policies and programs.Support site safety efforts and worker’s compensation administration, as needed.Assists with special projects and performs other duties as needednn nnQualifications:nn nnThe successful candidate can work independently, set daily priorities and should have excellent time management skills.  A high degree of professionalism is required with clients and peers.  Thoroughness and confidentiality are essential. nn nnBachelor’s Degree in human resources, business or a related field4
– 6 years of generalist experience as an HR professionalExperience providing human resources support to consumer or customer service related functions preferredPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferredExperience using SAP/HCM preferredProven coaching, relationship building, and effective conflict resolution skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility and high comfort level working with all levels of employees in a fast paced and change oriented environmentSuccessful dealing with ambiguity and navigating ambiguous situationsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneouslyStrong analytical skill set with advanced skills in all Microsoft Suite systems including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong attention to detailAbility to travel occasionallynn
