This partnership opportunity is 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient.

Report to Hospital with 1:5 Call Ratio.
Current practice consists of 5 physicians and 1 NP.
Each physician has access to individual scribe and nurse.
Traditional practice: round on inpatients prior to seeing patients in the office each day.
1:5 inpatient weekend call.
