Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Support Analyst with our industry-leading client in Atlanta, Georgia.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Description:The Store Systems Help Desk Analyst provides support to the team responsible for the organization’s technical support work order process for RaceTrac and RaceWay stores.

This individual optimizes available resources in order to ensure accurate and efficient troubleshooting for field personnel.Duties and Responsibilities:Provides support to Store Systems Help Desk team responsible for handling trouble tickets submitted by RaceTrac and RaceWay store teams for all technical equipment and software applications at the store.Ensures exceptional customer service to all field personnel, while working to maximize efficiency.Performs basic call taking and troubleshooting functions.

Follows up on open service complaints and ensures a solution is met for vendor-related issues.Guides and mentors Store Systems Support Help Desk Technicians; ensures the appropriate tools for development are readily availableConsistently follows all help desk standards and policies.Work Experience/ Education:Ability to maintain a flexible on-call schedule as needed requiredBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred1+ years experience in a technical support or help desk role preferredKnowledge of PC, network, hardware, and software installation and configuration preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferredQualifications:Radiant/Aloha is requiredWindows supportPrevious help desk experience requiredPoint of sale help desk experience preferredRetail background strongly preferredNetwork experienceHardware TroubleshootingMicrosoft Office experience requiredJob ID: 347093About Eliassen Group:Eliassen Group provides strategic talent solutions to drive our clients’ innovation and business results.
